This is a gift to my one of my best DA friends He's been very supportive since I started my deviations. He basically provided good criticisms to my work which has helped me improved my craft.
Shown are Hadarniel with Vivian, a character from the game Paper Mario; and me, with Toad. This is based from one of my favorite games on gamecube -- MarioKart Double Dash.
The lettering is based from the game itself but obviously I just made it into DEVIANTKART instead of MARIOKART.

This is a fan art. (c) of the characters and basis of designs are reserved to its owners.

Yeah I know it's obvious, I just got carried away with explaining things too much.
Well I really try to find time to draw now. I regret that I procrastinate when I was in school. They always say that there's no money in it so I finished college doing something else. But since I'm earning my own money now art has finally found a way to get me back!
So one piece of advice doodle a day is what it takes. Like anything you do everyday it will become second nature also. I'm still learning myself and I tell you I have a long way to go.
It takes me about 8 to 10 hours per deviation. Sometimes more depending on how complicated it is. I usually draw 2 to 3 hours at night time. So it takes about 2-3 days for each piece. The first night I do the planning, sketching and then I scan it and ink it in Photoshop. The second night I do the colors. Third day will be the background, details and textures.
Oops I'm talking too much. Hope I didn't bore you. I hope I'll see more deviations from you too.

Man, I envy you that you have so much time and that you keep drawing, good for you.
If you don't mind me asking, but how long does it take you to finish your art?
